2 400watt metal halide bulbs included one is about 9 months old 1 is about 13 months old.
2 t-5 bulbs 1 is 14k 54 watt branch new just put in before I switched the other is a 50/50 bout 6 months old.
Comes with the ballast and all wires. This is a great setup. I have more pics if Interested.
