Need some advice on a possible leaky bulkhead

So I was inspecting the plumbing today when I noticed some salt buildup on my 1 inch bulkhead. Does this mean that I have a leak? Should I try tightening the bulkhead? Replacing it? Silicone? Bulkhead has been in place since about January.

If it is a leak, how much time do I have before it gets worse?

Do you feel any moisture? If so take a wrench and only turn 1/8 of turn.

i d ont think is leak, try to use Plastic Spray Bottles fill w/RO/DI water and clean that spot, then if u have, yes tide the nut ( use channel lock).

Thanks for the quick reply. I don't see or feel any moisture. Just the salt buildup.

just spay rodi water on this area and wipe it clean and then check again before you try to tighten that bulk head.
