Generic 120 watt 55 LED Fixture with independent white and blue power leads. Comes with 3 big fans in the fixture. One of the 55 LEDs is out. Only used for 3 months, came that way and didn't bother getting it changed out, probably just a loose solder.
The LED ratio is 1:1 white/blue.
