FS: Cured Live Rock (Pic Heavy)

Trying to sell established live rock. Its a mix of base rock, pukani, shelf and tonga branch. It's 40+ pounds of rock and 5 or 6 pounds of live rock rubble. Aside from that I also have a 12+lb show piece that is going to sell fast. Here are some pics...

Would like to get about $4.00-$5.00 per pound for the pieces and $80 for the large piece. The rubble i'll sell for $50

The pieces are $4-$5 a lbs and the Rubble is $50? You have 5-6lbs of rubble?

That's $8.33-$10 per lb for the rubble right? Why so much more?
