the CH-100 chiller made by azoo is a enviorment friendly chiller, it does not use freon to cool the tank, but chips to lower down temperture, this chiller is the same chiller as the aquamedic titan, it heats and chills the tank, yes it does both, essentially it's the same chiller and internals, it uses also 24VDC electric, this chiller was able to keep my 20 gallon cool for a long time.

it is not noisey. It uses a bunch og diffrent heat sinks to cool down the water.
