Up for sale is an Octopus SRO 5000 external cone skimmer. I purchased the skimmer a little less then a year ago. I also purchased the neck cleaner, neck extension and waste collector a few months after that. This skimmer is awesome and I am selling because I changes my setup and now use an internal skimmer to have more counter space in my filer room. This is the retail prices on everything from premium aquatics.

I used it for 300 gallon total water volume on an average stocked tank and I could have pushed it allot harder. I got the neck extension and didn't use it because it makes the skimmer body taller and rates it for more water which ended up being over kill. It's really an awesome skimmer.

is it internal or external? it looks like you have the skimmer in a sump..

It's external. I just put it in the sump while the sump was empty and I was setting things up. It can be used in sump if one wishes though because the bubnle blaster pumps are internal or external.
