From their site...

Grey, white and yellow are USDA Meat & Poultry Equipment Group Listed and assist in complying with HACCP guidelines. Certified to NSF standard #2 (grey, white and yellow only) and Standard #21 (all colours). Certified EN Food contact compliant by LNE (grey, white and yellow only). - See more at: http://rubbermaid.eu/products/newproducts/brute#sthash.QnxYD3NW.dpuf

i saw that. "A standardized system of symbols is used on plastics to indicate their appropriate uses around food. A symbol depicting a cup and fork means that the plastic is safe for storing food, and is therefore a food grade bucket. Other symbols include radiating waves meaning "microwave-safe," a snowflake meaning "freezer-safe," and dishes in water meaning "dishwasher-safe.""

i bought the yellow brute. there is no fork and knife on the brute anywhere. is anyone using this?
