I have a full spectrum par38, bought it off someone else that never used it. It has blue white and uv
He claimed it's the dimmable model which I never tried. He said you can use a household dimmer. The light is from ocreef.
I used it for around 3 weeks over my setup and went t5. If I could incorporate it into my build I would but it won't fit in my light canopy.
6 blue, 4 white, 2 uv around 16-18k I would guess
