For trade- 2, 400W Giesemann ballasts and Radium 400 bulbs

Here is the deal, I just bought a giesemann spectra and it came with 400W ballasts and bulbs. My tank is only 20 inch high and I see no point in running 400W. Unless you guys tell me it is OK to do so.


So is anyone interested in trading two 400w giesemann ballast and two radium 400w bulbs used for couple months.
In return I would like two 250W ballasts and two 250w radiums comparable.

You may want to do more research before you swap. Your tank is sps dominant.

Timber you think I will need 400w to grow sps. My tank is 20 inches high and I have some zoos and acans on sand bed. I have some acros toos. Acans are under shade now.

I am very confused. Everyone tells me to use 400w bulbs. I dont want to fry corals in tank. If I hang the light 10 inches from water the total distance is 20 inches. I might be looking at 400 par on sand bed.
