F/S 100g 48lx24wx20h custom made staphirre tank+ sump + DIY LED light

I am gathering attention for a possible sale of my 100g RR aquarium. I am not in a hurry to sale it and if I don't get what I would like to for it I am going to convert it to freshwater planted tank. Therefore, please don't lowball me, price is firm and I believe a good deal:)
OK here are the specs:
Dimensions 48lx24wx20h made of 1/2" glass with front and two sides staphire glass. It has an unique crntral glass overflow that has been laser cut for me. Two outputs with lock-line. The tank is eurobraced on the bottom and top so it's build, well like a tank:) It has been made by me and Richie using a high quality rtv black silicone snd has been working in my living room for over a year.
The bad thing is there is a chip in upper left corner that doesnt effect the tank in any way but well, it's there. Ill take a pic if someone is seriously interested. Please check my tank thread in signature for pictures. Sale is for tank ONLY I am not selling the stand.
Price $400 I spent over $900 so I think it's a good deal gor this size tank.
I can also sell a matching custom made sump for another $100(Ill post dimensions later). It fits a bubble king skimmer, filter sock return pump and biopellet reactor easily.
Please pm me if you're interested. I am located in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. You 2ill need at least two strong people to carry it, I can help you out too. I think I will have it rmpty in no longer than two weeks from now. Thanks for looking!

Here are a couple of pictures:

Here is the chip I talked about. I glued the piece back but I couldn't match it better. It's a cosmetic issue only

And the sump:

The sump dimensions are 32Long x 20Wide x 15-1/4" H. The skimmer area is 15", then bubble trap is 5", Refugium area another 7" and pump area is 6". You can eliminate the baffle between refugium and pump to have a larger area.

I will possibly sell the light as well. It's a DIY light and it's kinda special- the outside is made out of white Corian, an expensive material that's marble like. It has three channels dimmable with Apex- one daylight with Cree X-ML leds, a couple of green and cyan diodes, then actinic with Cree XP-E Royal Blue and finally a near UV channel (non-dimmable) that put coral colors in another dimension. I will update with pics in a moment. I would like to get $350 for the light. It is enough to light the whole tank with Acros and other light loving SPS. The only drawback to the Corian finish is that the light is very heavy. I run it for less than a year.

The person who was supposed to look at it didn't show up so it is still available. I will PM you in order I received your inquiries. Please lmk if you have any additional questions.

Oh, I forgot- I will include all plumbing if you decide to get tank+sump combo, which includes a filter sock holder, all pvc pipes and gate valves to split return pump into feeding two media reactors. Check my build thread for pictures of the plumbing system.

I can do $450 for tank+sump combo. Also, the tank is coming with al PVC plumbing that alone cost me over $100. Hook-up to return pump + manifold with gate valves to feed two media reactors off of return pump. Glass overflow has an emergency drain in case main drain clogs.
Overflow is dead silent and comes with durso pipe with strainer

I am draining and cleaning the tank+sump tomorrow. If youre looking into 120g my tank has the same footprint but it has three sides staphire and a really roomy sump that can holdica lot of equipment. Pm me if you are interested, it's going on craigslist tomorrow. Thanks

This tank and stand and light combo is absolutely beautiful. Also, I didn't even notice the scratch and I stared all in it for like 20mins.

He isn't selling the stand but at least you can see how much time, effort and love went into the making of the entire set up.
