Long Tentacle Anemone for sale $40 or trade

Hey guys I know I'm new here but I have a long tentacle anemone that I need to sell.

It's growing and has become too big for my 37 gallon tank. I need space to put peaceful corals. When its fully opened the diameter is about 7 to 8 inches.

My tank parameters are good except nitrates at about 15ppm. (trying to get skimmer to fit into my sump).

I'm looking for $40 or some soft corals or zooas for trade.

I live in Brooklyn @ East 92nd & Clarkson and its available for pickup anytime.
