would have to measure. But i can tell you i have BEASTS in there. Like one of the largest bubble magus.

and what is the water level?
9-10inches...?

I remember the reef octopus i had needed a lower water level, and this sump was perfect. And then when i changed to an even bigger bubble magus i needed i higher water level and so it was easy to just raise my ato sensor so that water raised higher than first baffle and on to second baffle which was taller. This also allowed for more media in that section so it worked out. So either way you should be good. Look at the pic above with the two baffles you can really choose between which on you need and any level in between.
