It's all about planning it out. I have moved plenty of tank's but never up 15 flight of stairs. I have lower back issues that haven't bother me for a few yrs until 2 wks ago but even I will try to be of some help, maybe not lifting but positiong. 1st thing is 1st. Measure the wide part of the stair then the narrow part to see if u have at least 26 to 28 inches. The height of the ceiling must be at least 7 1/2 feet since the tank measures 84x24x30 because we will be standing the tank on a moving blanket at times (taking off the suction cups of course) and In the mean time if all the measurements work u need to try and get a hold of those suction cups they use to carry large pieces of glass . It would make it more convenient to carry the tank with 4 of those. U will need at least 8 guys and using 4 guys at a time. One last thing u must measure ur apartment door and the clearance u have across your door to make sure u can swing the tank in thru ur door. After all i is said and done it will be risky because we taking about a tank that over 400 pounds and the chance that something could go wrong and the tank cracks. That will be your call and ur risk. I'm available on a Saturday morning

Be way to begin would be with the stand. We can practice with the stand on how we go about Taking the tank up. If the stand makes thru the stair then the tank will fit too. If the tank do t fit then 4get a out it because then the tank won't fit up the stairs

You can get plywood boards and put it on the stairs like a ramp. Get a couple of dollys and roll it up. You can use ropes to pull it up to, make a pully system.
