Trade: Sun polyps
Had a sun polyp rock with two colonies, one of them fell off when i was making the rock they were attached to smaller.
Trading the larger piece (smaller piece has less heads but they are bigger, and has a cool barnacle on it!). Here is a pic of it about a 1 1/2-2 weeks ago. All the polyps open up now, this is a mid shot of them opening up after throwing some mysis shrimp juice into the water about a week ago.
Been feeding it cyclo + frozen mysis which it Voraciously devours. The cyclo is turning one side of the polyps a reddish orange color, which looks pretty cool but if your looking for the bright yellow sun polyps, sorry to dissapoint you.
also want to point out that the colony itself grew a little also so its slightly bigger. If anyone wants a recent picture i can get you one tommorrow or tuesday. Dad stole the camera for a party and still hasn't returned it.
I also have a button polyp rock, roughly 3-4 inches, with greenish centers, that has a Sun Polyp type coral growing underneath it which is clearish/white, two small polyps. Giving this away free to anyone interested.
I'll be at the frag swap if anyone is interested.
