I have this fixture. Bought from reefgeeks in 2013. I am first owner.
Comes with a brand new ballast that needs to be installed. The ballast was also purchased from reef geeks.
You can have the bulbs if you like, as an add in/freebie- I don't need them.

Reflectors have some wear on them normal for near 1.3 years and par readings are still excellent. I get over 225 on the sandbed and 500-600 in the middle to top. I used blue +, coral + and fiji purple when doing my par readings.
As is condition. Like I said , you will need to change the ballast which I am including. I just don't feel like opening up the entire fixture to do so again. I've gone to an MH and T5 combo fixture.
