5 dollar Lettuce Nudi/slugs in NYC

I was looking for clean up crew alternatives to crabs and a few months ago bought a couple of lettuce nudibranches/lettuce sea slugs. Some sites say they only eat briopsis or hair algae but mine seem to eat just about any green algae. Since purchasing two they are multiplying exponentially in my tank and I probably have over a couple of dozen of varying sizes at this point. Therefore I'm selling them for 5 dollars a piece (most online sites I see them for 10-20 apiece->14.99 on LA at time of posting). Pick up for cash only in NYC zip 10003 (just north of union square). Buy one or multiples. Approximate sizes range from half to one and half inches. Reef safe to everything except green algae. They are very soft, power heads may be a danger to them. I covered mine with media bags as a precaution and haven't had any problems.

Ya they are a weird species. They seemed to breed much better when they moved to the refugium. I suspect low flow helps them, I have seen them slowly lay eggs on the glass. I suspect they have a relatively low life expectancy which is why they reproduce so fast.

Thanks paul, mine look like that, maybe a bit lighter in color. I read somewhere that they may get darker if they eat more. That's why I'm thinning the heard, think they overpopulated a bit

Thanks for all the attention! At the moment I have an inbox filling with requests. I have promised several people holds until wed and do not want to promise anyone new pickups if I haven't already started corresponding to avoid running out. If people don't show by wed night I will post how many are back up for sale. Judging by spawning rates I will likely have the next generation for sale in a couple of months once I'm sold out.
