chiller, Skimmer and tank

I have a 1/10 chiller that was running on my tank for a year. It wouldnt get the tank below 79 so I dont know if it needs a charge of freon so I will let it go for $40 firm

The skimmer is a SCA-301. Needs a good cleaning but was a good lil skimmer for me $50 firm.

The tank is a Mr Aqua 7.5 low iron glass. neat little tank. Also needs a good cleaning $40 firm
