It appears to be comming from the bottom part of the right seam. I will have to check further. The water does not come out to the side it goes to the bottom. Actually the person who wanted me to sell it for him said it leaked I had it filled for almost a week not untill I emptied the tank did I notice the water was going under the tank.

The tank itself is in real good shape. I dont have much experience with repairing tanks.
