Item is for pickup only. I am located on Long Island near Pets Warehouse in Copiague. It is about 3 years old and has not been used in the past year. It is in perfect working order. $60

Sorry, not the tech. All bulbs are working. There is a single row of LED.

Hmm you sure it's not tech? I thought the tech was single row of 18 leds which is what this looks like. Does the brackets on the ends allow the light to swivel?
