48" ATI Powermodule Hybrid light

Two year old ATI Powermodule has four dimmable t5s and three banks of programmable LEDs. The ballasts for the t5s failed and I sent it off to ATI for repair, so it is fresh back from service with two new ballasts. $1,000 cash and carry, or add actual shipping cost. It's still boxed up from the service center.
