I have 2 Ecotech XR30's. 1 is updated from a Gen1 the other is an original Gen3. Ecotech sent me a new one when the messed up upgrade.
Since the upgrade, about a year ago, I ran them at 55%. Can ship or pickup in NJ or Lower Manhattan.
