To all the PM's a few offers have been made. Hes sticking with $200 for the entire setup right now. If he decides to part ill mention that here.
If he goes that route then i will answer the requests in order.

I think it's completely relevant. The selection of fish shows experience/knowledge, which can show how they take care of equipment.
