Sunlight Supply 48" dual T5 retro ATI blue + but bulbs and reflectors could use replacing...$30 I'll throw in extra ends caps and Advance dual 48" ballast with wiring.....

does the 24" unit come with ballast for $40? if so which one?

Both units have internal ballasts, not sure of the makes....I used both units with plug in timers.
