I just got this 6 feet sBar Supplemental Actinic Bar Light. It is great as a supplemental light to Halide and T5 fixtures. It adds great shimmer to the tank as well. For me, I wanted it to fill the tank with more light from the front to deal with some shadowing issue.

Here is the product link from their site if you like to read more on the detail spec:

I ordered it almost 3 weeks ago, and I just received the shipment. According to SB Reef, it needed "an additional week for shipping due to high demand." During that last couple of weeks, I've already bought whole bunch more Kessil A360Ws and no longer need this Bar light.

The 72" cost $250, and I'm selling it for $200. I can even deliver it within a reasonable distance from Huntington if you want. It's pretty much brand new. You don't have to wait a few weeks for the shipment from wherever they ship from.

Since I use Kessil, it is not as pretty to hang the bar light, so I created a tilted mount/stand to allow the bar light to sit on the edge of the tank. I'll included it for free.

This is the tiled mount/stand I created:

It comes with hanging kit:

This is kind of what it looks like with just the Actinic Bar Light. We all know how difficult to capture the image on what we actually see with any UV light souce on our fish tank. The coral color is actually much more fluorescent from the UV from the Bar Light.

This is with the Kessil light along with the Bar Light:

By the way, the bar light ALONE already generate over 200 PAR at about 12" away inside the tank. It is a powerful light.

Thank you! I had fun creating 3D objects for real world applications as well. Feel very satisfying when you can create something that doesn't exist, and you can actually use it. :)

The most complicated (and probably totally unnecessary) thing I've created is this host adaptor connecting from a shower head pipe to a washer drain pipe to get warm water to an inflated swimming pool. lol.
