Ok, I am in the middle of upgrading my entire system, so my 40 Breeder has to go ASAP. What I am selling:

Tank (drilled in back for overflow, homemade overflow boxes)
Custom stand and tank "skirt" which was stained cherry wood
15 Gallon High tank as sump. Does NOT have baffles, so you would have to put some in (This is the #1 reason why I JUMPED at the opportunity to upgrade)
Return pump
Enough quality dry rock to get you going
Live sand (was recently added when I redid the tank)
Phosban reactor

I am asking $100 (price dropped) or best offer

It does NOT include the lights or skimmer

This really needs to be out of my apartment before my wife decides to kill me in my sleep over the mess, so preferably over the next couple of days.

I will be going through everything I have as I install stuff and whoever buys this may end up with a lot of extras thrown in, but I don't know what they are yet because frankly, I don't know what I need.

As a note, the stand and skirt cost me $400. I estimated the value by valuing the tank and sump at zero. The return pump is about $30, the Phosban reactor maybe $20 and the rock $150-200. So $600-650 value.

Percula clowns
A blonde naso tang or purple tang
Fairy wrasse
Or other reef safe, interesting fish...

One of the reasons I am desperate to get this out of here ASAP is that we bought airline tickets for my wife's mother, stepfather and grandmother to come live with us from Puerto Rico until things normalize over there and we need the space. Right now the flight is in November, but we are trying to get something sooner because her stepfather is 92 and a WWII and Korea vet. His days of sleeping in foxhole like conditions being eaten alive by mosquitoes, no electricity and eating MRE's should be a thing in his past, not his present or future.

We even rehomed our ferrets. Delivering them with their cage and supplies on Saturday. Having this second tank sitting in the middle of my living room with all of the other crap is killing me.
