I have 2 MP40WES both work well. One of them has some electrical tape right by a dry side the wires became exposed from the covering so I used tape, this does not impact the pump working.

The way I usually do it is right through the site. When you are replying to or creating a thread, scroll down and look for "manage attachments" under "additional options" and you can upload the file directly to the site.
