Does it come with the rest of the parts that come in the kit? I don?t see them in the pick

It does not have the elbows as they were extremely weak and developed tears at the connection points with very little use. I will have to look through my equipment bin to see if I have the ball valve, but hardware stores would carry any new elbows/ or valves for a dollar or two each.
