This difficult to find monster is ready to get fragged up a bit. $ depends on the size you'd like. Its a pretty fast grower in the right conditions. Lets say a good 2" piece is $40. Smaller for less.
Give me a week to cut and allow to heal, or longer/shorter if you want.
