Brand new eshopps RS-100 sump modify with Refugiums section

up for sale is a brand new Eshopps RS-100 sump(latest version). I modified it. and it has Refugiums section.

dimension: 24"x12"x16"
skimmer section around : 9"x9"
refugiums compartment: 9"x11.5"
return 4"x11.5"

It's brand new in box. asking $160 (reg $269). will upload pictures later on.

I cut out the filter sock holder. and make it as the skimmer section as the 1 showed on the picture.
