Hamilton 250w HQI Pendants FS

I recently purchased a pair of Hamilton 250W HQI Pendants from a reef Central member, they were used by him for about 4 months and are in good condition. My situation has changed and my tank plans are on hold until after the summer, so i dont need these lights right now. They have 14k Phoenix bulbs installed and have a remote dual ballast, all in good shape; lights are still in Fedex boxes in my office near grand central. I believe these lights cost over $700 new, i'm only looking to recoup my investment of $380. this is a set of 2 pendants and one dual ballast box. i dont have pics handy guys, i never took the units home they're in my office still in the fedex boxes they arrived in. I may have the pics the original seller sent me, i'll have to check when i get home. If anyone is in the midtown area during the days, i work outside of Grand Central at 230 Park ave, you can come and inspect them...

Is it a magnetic or electronic ballast?

i'm not sure, its the Hamilton ReefStar system, the setup includes two reefstar pendants each with a hammertone reflector and tempered glass lens and a remote HQI ballast. this setup has both ballasts in one unit. i'll open up the box with the ballast to see if it says magnetic or electronic on the outside. the hamilton website doesn't specify this either..
just for comparison, a new single reefstar on the hamilton website goes for $349, but they're on sale now for $289, this package is $380 for 2
