Is that an in sump only model? Does it come with pumps? What do I need to buy to get it up and running again?

How much to ship it if you decide to ship?

no pump, sorry. But the pm website gives recommendations. I have a ball valve for it to control foam height but gate valve better.

works both in and out of sump

Ideally don't want to ship and would probably be expensive as this is a solid skimmer
