Icecap VHO set up

hey guys i bought this 4' (2 bulb) VHO set up some time ago. if i said i used it for a couple days i would be exaggerating.

includes:
2 bulbs(about 6 months use)
4 endcaps
all the wire you need and some
icecap ballast

i payed $120. selling for $90

i'll try to get pics

it's for the guy that picked up the rock. Can i buy 36" bulbs and run the ballast on that. if so, he will definately take it. rich i tell him to part the bulbs to you. i tell him 20.00 for the bulbs
