Brine shrimp (bs) are a great snack for your carnivors. Fish love to chase and catch them. And even though bs are very tiny but they are alive and move and that gets your fish exited. They are also a good way to get your problem fish to eat. I treat mine to them once or twice a week. It is true that bs are considered low in nurishment but if you use them within 6 hours of hatching they are quite nurishing. But in any case we are not talking about using it as a food staple but just as a snack that your fish will enjoy.
I did not realize how much is in a pound can so I have about a 50 year supply and would like to sell some of it. I will give you simple hatching instructions and a packet of eggs for $4. The eggs will be enough to fill the casing that 35 mm film comes in (you remember, film that you needed before digital cameras came around). Either pick it up in Brooklyn 11219 or on Water street in Manahattan.
