hi folks, I originally purchased this from a fellow MR member who has moved on a fw months back, never hab the chance to install. here is a stock picture of what the kit looks like. He had said the unit is 1 yr old & definitely needs bulb replacement & some cleaning, I will try to post actual pics. Selling for $125 each, I have two sets. Is this an electric ballast?

Looks like a magnetic tar ballast kilo. You can ask sponge bob if it's an HQI or standard magnetic ballast though.
