A tank should never be moved with a hand truck. You should always use a dolly or pure muscle to move a tank. I remember one day I went to pick up a 90 gallon tank in New Jersey and I told a man let's pick the tank up and load it onto my truck. He says no I have a hand truck. I told him putting the tank on a hand truck is not a good idea. it could crack at any moment. He said SON I have like 30 years on you, and I know what I'm doing. I said okay no problem. So he tilts the tank and Slide the hand truck under the tank. He starts rolling the hand truck and within 3ft the tanks glass CRACKS. I took one look at him and I said sometimes the Son can teach the old fool a lesson or two.

I appreciate the advice but honestly I would give the tank away for free but there are so many people who You just can’t trust these days and they would probably sell it themselves,.. I was by myself and wasn’t throwing my back out to lift it, if it broke my loss.. but its all good.. just selling it to try and get some money back.. don’t have time to keep up with a big tank anymore… thanks for your opinion it’s really appreciated and good advice for others as well…

You're welcome, but that's all it was my opinion. so other people won't take that risk I have that tank crack on them
