Definitely sounds sus… can’t even get a used mp10 for that much…?
Folks who are considering buying from the marketplace, use extreme diligence to check all the boxes to make sure you’re confident a post is not a scam, especially from members who have no history on MR.
This post seriously fails at even providing a minimum amount of information about what’s being sold and who’s selling it — e.g. owner location, terms of sale (I’d only offer C.O.D. for this sale), specific details about these MP40s that any real owner would know (mobius ready), and just a fundamentally questionable price for practically new MP40s (which no one in their right mind would let go for less than half of what they paid, new), how hard these pumps were driven, etc.

I think MR should set a rule that member joined under 6 months should NOT allow to sell.
Yep, that’s why other boards like R2R require a post/participation/feedback minimum before you have access to participate/post in their marketplace threads. You don’t really see scammers in there.
