Snow flake eel

I bought this eel maybe like 5-8 months ago to grow out in my tank. I enjoyed having him but he's starting to knock over my rock work and he's just polluting the tank too much. I'd like to rehome him to a bigger tank no charge just have to help me catch him. This is a 3 ft long tank for reference.

Yea that's a bit of a drive for yah

Take a long 2 inch pvc put netting on one side and pit food in it . He will go inside and take it out .
