Pickup & Shipping Details
- Local Pickup: Free pickup in Hoboken, NJ (Zip Code: 07030). Must coordinate a mutually agreed time for pickup.
- Shipping: $55 flat rate via UPS Next Day Air (Overnight) to the Continental US.
- Corals will be professionally packed with thick insulated styrofoam boxes and heat/cold packs appropriate for current weather.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
Please read carefully before purchasing:- 2-Hour Notification: In the highly unlikely event of a DOA, you must contact me with clear photos of the deceased coral within 2 hours of the carrier-reported delivery time.
- Unopened Bag Photo Required: The photo must show the coral inside the original, sealed, and unopened plastic shipping bag. Once the bag is opened or the coral is placed in your tank, the guarantee is void.
- Refund/Credit: Verified DOAs will be issued a refund or credit for the cost of the coral (shipping costs are non-refundable).
- Carrier Disclaimer: I am not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier errors (UPS mechanical issues, weather delays, routing mistakes, or acts of God). However, I will do my absolute best to work with you and the carrier to resolve any issues.
