FS: Almost new 55 gal RR AGA setup in Jersey

I bought this 55 gal. RR AGA tank only a couple of months ago and have never used it. I just filled it up with water and finished up the plumbing in the last week when I had been persuaded by my paranoia and downstairs landlord to abort this setup and to downsize. Here's what's you get:

55 gal. RR AGA tank
Megaflow accessory kit already installed
Modern Series Cherry Wood Cabinet
15 gal. Precision Marine Sump
Mag 7
Single light strip
Aquafuge (medium size) includes Finnex light fixture

This sale is only for pick up. I also have a CPR Aquafuge I can throw in. I am asking for $350 with the Aquafuge and $275 without. I think this is a very reasonable price given that the Cherry Wood Cabinet cost me more that what I am asking for this total setup. Please provide me your e-mail address and I'll send you some pics.
