It's a Current Outer Orbit HQI Metal Halide Light Fixture with Compact Fluorescents. It has two 150w MH and two 130w PC sockets and a total of 6 LED moonlights. One of the PC ballasts is brand new (replaced it in October). In addition to the fixture itself you will also get the following parts and accessories:
