f/s denitrator

i have an aquaripure denitrator for sale (http://www.aquaripure.com/), its the med size so its aprox dimensions are 8 1/8" x 8 1/8" x 15 1/2". It's the old version, so theres no EZ feed system, but i made a diy version. It's still currently hooked up to my system, i can either empty it for you or you can take it with the water so you can cut down on the start up time (but its heavy filled with water)...comes with a pump

selling because i need the stand space to set up my kalk reactor

asking $70 or partial trade for a phosban reactor and the difference in price.

Would it be effective for a FOWLR at keeping nitrates minimal even if I dont have any macroalgae/refugium?

you just have to feed it once a week with sugar or vodka, and once you have the drip rate set it pretty much works fine. Yes, it still works without any macro/fuge, how effective would depend on your system....read the link, it might answer some of your questions

for the most part i don't do much water changes, i calculated at the drip rate i have it at now, it removes arpox 14-20ppm nitrates a week
