MH Dual ballast, DE bulbs

I have a brand new Blue-Line dual 250w e-ballast, i switched to the ice-cap ballasts now,so don't want this laying around. asking $125 and i have a pair of Pheonix 250w 14k DE bulbs used for approximately 2 months, asking $50 for the pair. pickup in brooklyn
