-comes with two 14k phoenix bulbs about 7 months old at 6 hours a day
-two Geisemen Actinic bulbs. One is 4 months old (8 hours a day) and the other is brand new in an unopened package.

-currently have the hanging kit attached to 2 eyeloops mounted into the ceiling. The stock handing kit wasnt solid enough in my opinion. You'll need to get 2 of these eyeloops at home depot (about $3) to mount the fixture to your ceiling
