I have an Orbit 48" 4x65 Watt Power Compact that was used for about 1 year and two months. I upgraded to MH and just had it sitting in the basement. I changed a bad ballast with a new manufacturers ballast and it works fine. The bulbs in it were 4 months old before I stored it away. Looking for $170 for it. Cash, Pick up only.
