Ming - its definitly a torch I was asking myself the same question but I got a frag from octavious and compared them both.. definitly a torch I have the purple one behind it

the torch has 4-5 heads 2" tall skeleton but the span of the tentacles is about 4-5in across

the acan is about 3x2x2 in
