I recently built a DIY canopy for my 72 gallon bowfront with an open top. It is painted glossy black outside and white inside and polyurethaned.
Here's the deal, I decided to go a different route to block the sun spray that my tek light puts out.
I am willing to take pretty much anything for it frags, zoos or any reasonable cash offer.
I just don't want to throw it out and see my hard work go to waste. I would post a pic of I knew how but I am using a new Apple computer and I haven't figured it out yet..
It is sitting in my living room and would be great if someone would come pick it up in Brooklyn by the Verrazano Bridge.
I tried to build it as professionaly as I could with the bowed wood and in my opinion it turned out pretty nice. The front face is about 9 inches high. Tried to build it light weight but strong.
Will try to post a pic soon.
If anyone is interested let me know.
should fit any 72 gallon bowfront tank..
