I have the starter kit. Jesse at Elos was nice enough to give it to me for free when I purchased my system from him. I decided that I don't really have enough time to experiment with it. Kit included 1 liter of Filtra M

Ink, the man spent a butt load of $$$ on an Elos aquarium. He didn't exactly get that stuff for free

Adam are those additives meant to compete with the fauna marin line?
I have not read about them yet.

Yes. This is the Elos Zeolith system (vodka/sugar method) Although the Filtra M alone can be used for water clairity. They say on the German forums that Filtra M is so effective that you need to raise your lights as soon as you start using it because the water clairity will increase the light intensity so much that it can bleach corals. Ask your buddies in CT about it. I think they sell it too.
