48" 175w MHx 2 and 54w x 2 T5's for sale in NJ

Selling my 48" Aquactinics metal halide fixture powered by 2 icecap ballasts for the halide bulbs.

I am including all of the bulbs. For the metal halide bulbs I am running Reeflux 10k's Single Ended with plenty of life left. They have three months of use on them and they have been running 5 hours per day. The T5's are Giesemann Actinic + Powerchrome also only three months old.

Reason for selling is I am changing out the lighting.

Price is $450 firm. Pickup of course in Northern NJ.

I had this sold on RC but I waited too long to get back to the potential buyer (since I was on vacation) and he purchased something else.

This fixture is over a $1,000 new without the bulbs.

The fixture runs very cool and is designed to be placed right on top of the tank with minimal heat transfer.

The fixture is in very good condition and it has served me well. It is approximately a little over a year and half old.

I'm going with the constellation. If it doesn't sell here I can get a credit towards the purchase of a new constellation from Aquactinics.

I'm selling it here because Tom at aquactinics doesn't need the bulbs and I'd rather sell it as a complete package.

I've been vascillating for a while on switching to t5s but I was at a members house last night (akma) and he had a solar flare set up and it looked great. He had old bulbs in there and only live rock in his tank.

For anyone out there that is considering purchasing this fixture you can be assured that Tom at aquactinics will take care of you should you have any problems

This fixture is in great condition and is in excellent working order but you can rest assured if you need to call for anything.

The difference is that the new fixtures have a different reflector and has a quick disconnect between the fixture and the ballast box....and moonlights

Up again. Had this sold twice

Buyer needed fixture right away but I won't have my new fixture until the week of the 20th so I lost the sale.

This is a great fixture made in the USA with quality components and great customer service should you need it

As mentioned fixture will not be available until after 4/20
