3X400 Watt MH Retrofit Kit

I got my new set-up this weekend and these lights came built into the hood. The kit includes 3 400 watt pendants, 3 ballast (one looks like it's burnt-won't turn on), and 3 used MH 14K bulbs. I'm asking $200 for the complete set-up. The two smaller ballast are made by Vue Technology and the bigger one is made by PFO Technology. I tried cleaning them as best as I could. Will deliver for FREE if not too far from me.
