He's selling the rest of his setup in different auctions. It's a lot of fish, I would guess it's going to go for $500-$1,000 range. The Fowleri is a Dussumieri but still worth quite a bite.

I didn't realize that he already put up an auction for the equipment. I thought he was going to wait until the fish were picked up. Looks like he doesn't want this to drag out. He didn't even put any reserve. So someone is likely to get a very good deal. Plus there aren't too many people that can handle that many large fish.

You never know with ebay what the final winning bid will be, especially when most of the bids coming in at the end. Some time things go for a lot more than what they should.

If you look at the pictures there really aren't that many fish and anyone with a large tank could handle them without a problem. Plus I would think that anyone winning the auction will probably sell some of the fish, if they didn't go in with someone to begin with.

The hardest part of this auction is that you are buying without seeing it. So my point here is to let you know that I did see it a number of times and they are nice fish and have been together for years so you are getting very good specimens.

To bid on ebay you have to decide ahead of time what your limit is otherwise you can overpay. Rock can be moved by just putting it in a tarp, it doesn't have to be in buckets of water except for the pieces with the mushroom colonies. Selling it for 1-2 dollars a pound would add up to nice change.
